Toy refers to an object that is used for playing. When we say toys than we all think that it is for children’s playing but even the adults are also indulged in playing with the toys. There are several companies who make some items that are known as toys. Even some household things are treated as toys by most of the children. Some of the common ones that are considered as toys since ages ago are dolls, animals, soldiers. From where the word “toy” came is still known, but it is known that it was used in 14th century for the first time.
Toys play a major role in the growth of the child. It makes one to grow stronger, explore relationships, and learn the effects and cause. It also helps the adult to learn various things from the toys like to make their social bonds, to discover the identity, teach, to exercise ones bodies and mind. For the child it’s a perfect source of entertainment, even it helps them to learn things and various feelings. The gender of the toys also matters. Barbie dolls are liked by the girls, while the toy soldiers are more liked by the lid boys.
